After database upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1 and enabling Data Vault,RENAME table failes with ora-4021:
rename DART to "DART~~OLD";
wait for "library cache locks" and after 15 minutes end with:
ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object SAPSR3.DARTT
In the AWR report for this period of time, the statement waits for "library cache lock"
Blocked session's callstack shows following:
kglLock()<-kglget()<-typrnm_kkeaf()<-kkttabid()<-kktglmr() <-kktexefrdevt()<-kktfrddltrg()<-opiexe()
