Symptoms

On : 18.3.0.0.0 version, Clusterware

Oracle 18c Grid infrastructure upgrade on a 2 node RAC cluster fails. Below errors appears in the log files.

Verified that storage disks are readable on remote node with existing clusterware installation

 

Changes

 Upgrading from 12.2.0.1 to 18.3 or Installing 12.2.0.1 Grid Infrastructure
