Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 with Transparent Data Encryption (TDE):

A database has been restored from backup, but ORA-28374 errors are observed in the alert log.

All of the datafiles involved with the errors are temporary tablespace datafiles (tempfiles).

Restored the database from backup using RMAN.
