Symptoms

The SYS owned table registry$history is not updated with the entry 'RAN jvmpsu.sql' even after running the OJVM PSU Post Install script.

Following is the output from registry$history.

Changes

A Combo of OJVMPSU and DBPSU or only OJVMPSU patch is applied followed by running the post-install steps.
