How to Restore a Backup taken with MEB 4.1.2+ ( TDE / OKV ) (Doc ID 2498203.1)

MySQL Enterprise Backup - Version 4.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After a scheduled upgrade, backups are failing, with an error possibly similar to;

MySQL Servers ( version 5.7.20 and older ) being backed up by MEB ( versions 4.1.0 and older ) would successfully complete with no errors when using tables with TDE prior to the issue.
