Symptoms
In a newly cloned pluggable database (PDB), normal SELECT statements fails with ORA-600[4000], ORA-600[4097], or ORA-600[KTUISC:XID] errors.
Changes
New PDB was cloned from a source PDB.
When the PDB was cloned, both source PDB and CDB where running in local undo mode.
