Mysql Cluster Data Node Is Down (Doc ID 2502175.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.9 version, Miscellaneous

Both data nodes are down failing with error 2350 causing a total cluster outage.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error: 2350
Error data: Invalid file size for redo logfile, size only changable with --initial
Error object: DBLQH (Line: 16667) 0x00000006

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform an initial system restart
2. Restore the latest backup (only NodeID = 2 participated in the latest backup):

  shell$ ndb_restore -c 192.168.x.35:1186 -b 20181107 -n 2 -m -e -r /Backup/DC/Node-2/BACKUP-20181107

3. Wait - and the data nodes fail.
