Create Database Using DBCA Failing With Error snlinGetAddrInfo (Doc ID 2502272.1)

Symptoms

On Database version 11.2.0.4 , JAVA Virtual Machine Component

When using DBCA to create Database Instance, it generate java-related errors as bellow:

[oracle@localhost ~]$ dbca
