Exachk - Griddisks are not distributed as expected across celldisks (Doc ID 2503638.1)

Symptoms

Exachk reports a FAIL result for "Griddisks are not distributed as expected across celldisks". Details will look similar to this:

 

The disk group noted in the failure is NOT one that was created by the Exadata cell server software (i.e. - not DATA, RECO).

 

The number of disks shown in the fail are less than the total number of disks in the cell. In the example Exachk result above, there are 12 total disks in the cell but the disk group is only spanning across 10 of them.
