Symptoms

Attempts to apply a 12.1.0.2 database patch set update 12.1.0.2.170418DBPSU or later results in a conflict with the following patch:

24737021 - UPDATE DB 11.2.0.3 ORDIM JAR SIGNATURES TO WORK WITH LATEST JRE UPDATES  UPDATE DB 11.2.0.3 ORDIM JAR SIGNATURES TO WORK WITH LATEST JRE UPDATES UPDATE DB 11.2.0.3 ORDIM JAR SIGNATURES TO WORK WITH LATEST JRE UPDATES

which had been applied to get .jar files used by Oracle Multimedia that were compatible to the update JRE installation.
