Failed to apply PSU due to CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables check failure (Doc ID 2506432.1)

Symptoms


When applying PSU 11.2.0.4.180417 by opatch auto command, Prerequisite check "CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables" failed. As the result, it failed to apply PSU patch to DB home.

opatchauto log file showed below error.

 opatch log file showed below error. libsqlplus.so and libclntsh.so.11.1 was catched by a process whose PID was 31564. And from TFA data, this process was "sqlplus".
