Symptoms

Attempting to start two Listeners simultaneously using the LSNRCTL start command, one of the listener start attempts might yield the following error stack:

 

Changes

 This is likely a new installation.  The /var/tmp/.oracle directory should not be removed so should be in place for subsequent lsnrctl start executions.
