New Oracle Provided 12C Jobs are Not Showing any Execution Run History Details (Doc ID 2506878.1)

Symptoms

The dba_scheduler_jobs view provides the last execution time of the several new 12c jobs but there is no information on previous executions.
The view dba_scheduler_job_run_details view also does not provide details as well.

The jobs not showing this information are listed below
