**Issue seen from 18.1. Since the drop down doesn't have the option, the 12.2.0.1 is selected.
This has to be rectified as soon as the 18.1 version is available in drop down.**

Symptoms

PLSQL Package with user defined type is throwing PLS-00801: internal error [Unexpected fragile external reference.] on compilation while same working fine in 12.2.0.1
