Symptoms

ASM disk resize reports following

 

alter diskgroup DATA RESIZE ALL SIZE 500G REBALANCE power 1024;
alter diskgroup DATA RESIZE ALL SIZE 500G REBALANCE power 1024

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15313: Oracle ASM disk DATA_Disk06 cannot be resized under
629540 M
ORA-15313: Oracle ASM disk DATA_Disk05 cannot be resized under
624932 M
ORA-15313: Oracle ASM disk DATA_Disk04 cannot be resized under
624452 M
