RAC Instance Crashes With Error ORA-00600 [kjbrwrdone:nwr] (Doc ID 2508801.1)

Symptoms

o Environment is having RAC 12.1.0.2.181016 DBPSU

o One of the instance crashed with the error reported by a LMS process:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kjbrwrdone:nwr], [0], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
