After Upgrading to 12.2 from 12.1 Queries Running Badly with 'Index Fast Full Scan' (Doc ID 2509667.1)

Lot of queries which completed in few seconds in 12.1 version are performing badly in 12.2. The queries does not complete in 12.2.
The query run completes as earlier when the OFE is set to 12.1
Difference in Execution Plan is following:
