Exadata Software 18.1.12 is shipped with uptrack-updates RPM uptrack-updates-4.1.12-94.8.10.el6uek.x86_64-20190104-0. Not all ksplices included in this uptrack-update get installed on X7 machines.

Note that this issue can leave the system vulnerable to several known issues. This issue affects both the Exadata X7-2 (OVM and non-OVM configuration) and X7-8 hardware.
