Symptoms
ODA patching is stuck at the following line :
2019-02-24 11:52:45: Executing cmd: /opt/oracle/oak/pkgrepos/System/12.1.2.11.0/bin/copydom0patch.py 12.1.2.11.0 http://xxx.xxx.08.09:7882
Patching hangs at the copy stage and it doesn't proceed.
