Symptoms

A RAC database using Oracle Key Vault (OKV) to store its encryption keys has an auto-login wallet (cwallet.sso) to automate opening the connection to the OKV Server.

One of the nodes suddenly encountered:

ORA-28365: wallet is not open

There is an auto-login wallet (cwallet.sso) present on the node, but it failed to open.
