In_Memory Imadvisor_recommendations.sql Run Failing With ORA-20001: Internal Error (Doc ID 2512045.1)

On : 12.1.0.2 version, RDBMS

Installed In_Memory advisor successfully in the database. However post installation the imadvisor_recommendations.sql run fails with below message:
