ASM mmon every 5 min writes trc message 'dbkrfssm: mmon not open' (Doc ID 2512866.1)

Symptoms

The MMON trace file grows and is flooded with the message "dbkrfssm: mmon not open". The message is repeated in the trace file at every 5 mins interval.
