Symptoms

RMAN backups and connection to RMAN is failing with below errors.

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "SYSMAN"."EM_TASK_WORKER_10"
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of RMAN.VPC_CONTEXT_TRG
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges



Changes

 Upgraded database from  11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1 which contains RMAN catalog
