RMAN Reports ORA-19599: Block Number 131072 is Corrupt in Backup Piece (Doc ID 2514122.1)

Symptoms

Permanent corruption with zeroed out blocks to backuppieces when using Red Hat and the database parameter filesystemio_options is defined to SETALL. 
This issue can affected EXT3, EXT4 and XFS file system. Only NFS is not impacted.

RMAN RESTORE or VALIDATE command reports corrupt block in backup piece of archived redo logs to disk :
