Symptoms

COLLECTION_LEVEL has been changed by executing DBMS_MVIEW_STATS.SET_SYSTEM_DEFAULT from one session.
However, even if COLLECTION_LEVEL is checked from another session, the setting has not been changed.

Session 1:

If EXIT the session where DBMS_MVIEW_STATS.SET_SYSTEM_DEFAULT is executed, the setting will be reflected.

Changes

DBMS_MVIEW_STATS.SET_SYSTEM_DEFAULT is executed.
