"Dumping list of patches" on Alert.log Is Overwritten After Patch:27536738 Is Applied (Doc ID 2515582.1)

Symptoms

When DB/ASM instance is started, "Dumping list of patches" is displayed on alert.log and we can check the list of which patches are being applied from this.
However, if the interim patch:27536738 is applied, this list is overwritten as follows:

As above patch entries, other than Patch:27536738 comes not to be displayed. 

Changes

 Patch:27536738 is applied on Grid Infrastructure.
