Attempting to upgrade ODA.

Key Symptoms include encountering errors regarding oraInventory LOCKs, permissions, and / or GI clone procedure.

You do not have sufficient permissions to access the inventory '/u01/app/oraInventory/locks'.
It is required that the primary group of the install user is same as the inventory owner group.
ERROR [Cloning Gi home]
Failed to run GI clone.pl
The user ORACLE owns the locks on one or both directories - Check both

Example: ODA upgrade from 12.1.2.9 to 12.2.1.4 fails with below errors.
