Symptoms

Opatch analyze reporting multiple Grid homes detected.  

# <ORACLE_HOME>/OPatch/opatchauto apply <Patch location> /28813884 -analyze

OPatchauto session is initiated at Thu Mar 14 14:33:54 2019

System initialization log file is <ORACLE_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/opatchautodb/systemconfig2019-03-14_02-33-57PM.log.

OPATCHAUTO-72134: OPatchauto execution from the current Grid home is not allowed.
OPATCHAUTO-72134: Multiple Grid homes are identified in the current host and current home is not active grid home.
OPATCHAUTO-72134: Please execute from the active grid home.

 Exported particular HOME and verified oratab, still same issue.

 export ORACLE_HOME=<HOME LOCATION>
