Managed Recovery returns ORA-600[KRCCCHS_1] and ADG instance is terminated (Doc ID 2519680.1)

Symptoms

ORA-600[krccchs_1] is reported in the alert log when starting Redo Apply on Active Data Guard when block change tracking is enabled.

Due to this problem, instance is terminated.
After restarting the instance, instance succeeds to start.
The issue does not happen when block change tracking is not enable.

Changes

 Block Change Tracking 'BCT' is enabled on the Standby side.
