Symptoms
You are connection from an Oracle database to a Postgresql database via Database Gateway for ODBC (DG4ODBC) and encounter the following error:
ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
[unixODBC]FATAL: permission denied for database "postgres"
User does not have CONNECT privilege. {42501,NativeErr = 210}
