Standby recovery reports ORA 600 [kcffo_recreate_tmpf-04] on tempfile (Doc ID 2521904.1)

Symptoms

- The following error is being reported during standby database recovery:

ORA 600 [kcffo_recreate_tmpf-04]

- The error is being reported on tempfile.

- Standby db can be opened without any issue.


ORA-01157: cannot identify/lock data file 1035 - see DBWR trace file
ORA-01110: data file 1035: '/<path>/<tempfile name>.db'
 
- DB_FILE_NAME_CONVERT has double forward slash

Example: 
Db_file_name_convert=/<path1>,/<path2>/
