Goal

You modified the Windows domain administrator account password, all resources in the cluster could be online on node 1, but could NOT be online on node 2, you found below error information

from the application log of event viewer:

“Oracle Fail Safe failed to logon OracleFsWorker account - error from LogonUser.
The user name or password is incorrect.”
