Locked Account In Physical Standby Database not updating in V$RO_USER_ACCOUNT (Doc ID 2522887.1)

Symptoms

  V$RO_USER_ACCOUNT on the physical standby database, the PASSW_LOCKED column shows a value of 0, instead of the expected "1" when account gets locked.

  Also PASSW_LOCK_TIME IN V$RO_USER_ACCOUNT FOR LOCKED USERPASSW_LOCK_TIME IN V$RO_USER_ACCOUNT FOR LOCKED USER is not updating and is null even when account is locked.PASSW_LOCK_TIME IN V$RO_USER_ACCOUNT FOR LOCKED USERPASSW_LOCK_TIME IN V$RO_USER_ACCOUNT FOR LOCKED USERPASSW_LOCK_TIME IN V$RO_USER_ACCOUNT FOR LOCKED USER
