After Mammoth upgrade, Sentry permissions are not getting applied and Sentry is not in sync with the Hive Metadata Server (HMS).
Symptoms look like:
1. The HMS logs show:
2. Running the following queries in MySQL shows a mismatch between the SENTRY_HMS_NOTIFICATION_ID table and the hive.NOTIFICATION_LOG event id.
