Oracle home creation via oakcli create dbhome failed.

 Running 'oakcli create dbhome' command.

For example:

     oakcli create dbhome -version 12.1.0.2.180417

Attempts to create an Oracle home on ODA failed on both nodes with the following errors shown:

INFO : Running as root: /usr/bin/ssh -l root <HOSTNAME>1 /opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/racclonepl.sh
INFO : Background process 27369 (node: <HOSTNAME>0) gets done with the exit code 0
INFO : Background process 27420 (node: <HOSTNAME>1) gets done with the exit code 0
INFO : Runing root.sh on all nodes...
INFO : Did not do scp for node : <HOSTNAME>0
INFO : Running as root: /usr/bin/ssh -l root <HOSTNAME>0 /opt/oracle/oak/onecmd/tmp/DoAllcmds-20190329180632.sh
