PROT-1 PROC-26 ORA-01017: Invalid Username/password Error During root.sh Execution (Doc ID 2526762.1)

Symptoms

Error' ORA-01017: invalid username/password' appear when running root.sh while setting up Grid Infrastructure (GI) environment.

From the rootcrs_<HOSTNAME>_xxxx.log inside $GI_HOME/cfgtoollogs/crsconfig, the following error is reported
