Purpose
This article provides step by step instructions on how to use the TUNE_MVIEW
procedure of the Oracle10g SQLAccess Advisor (DBMS_ADVISOR) package to tune
a CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW statement.
In particular it shows how SQLAccess Advisor can show you how to make a
Materialized View support Query Rewrite if its current definition does not
support it already.
