ndb_restore fails if the log file application part errors out due to overload (Doc ID 2528407.1)

On : 7.4 version, Backups/Restores

ndb_restore would fail if the log file application part errors out to red-over load errors. 

Failure is happening in Data restore phase while ndb_restore process is opening .log file:
