Oracle 12.2 DR$ Tablename Format Changed From DR# To DR$ (Doc ID 2528999.1)

The naming format for the underlying objects of partitioned Oracle Text indexes changed from 12.1 database to the 12.2 database.

In 12.1.0.x the naming format is DR#<index_name><partition id>$I
In 12.2.0.1 the naming format is DR$<index_name>#<partition id>$I
