ORA-00600 [kdBlkCheckError] error code [6126] - kdbchk: avsp bad with OLTP Partial Compression UNDO and Row Store Compress

Symptoms
There have been cases of ORA-00600: [kdBlkCheckError] error code [6126] - kdbchk: avsp bad if DB_BLOCK_CHECKING is enabled during queries.
There is no corruption after validating the datafile using RMAN or DBVerify.
The trace file of the ORA-00600: [kdBlkCheckError] contains the following details about the Redo Record which caused the corruption :
