ORA-15032 ORA-15038 SIHA AFD Diskgroups fails to Mount after Server Reboot (Doc ID 2539224.1)

Symptoms

After server reboot, ASM fails to bring up the Diskgroups.

ERROR: diskgroup FRA was not mounted
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15038: disk '/dev/rdsk/c1d3s3' mismatch on 'Group Creation Timestamp' with target disk group [2369032714] [2367613027]

None of the diskgroups are mounted.

AFD is enabled and this is an Oracle restart Environment.

Changes

 Performed server reboot for Maintenance.
