Symptoms

Unable to connect when FIPS140-2 is enabled. It error with ORA-29143: Message 29143 not found.

The wallets are FIPS140-2 compliant with the fill chain havingSHA2 certs. The wallet work fine with the TLS connections to the database when FIPS140-2 is disabled.
