Re-Installing OSB on a 184.108.40.206.2 ZDLRA after a recent upgrade, customer receives the following after step 7:
Step 7: Configuring Devices for admin Node: Complete. - Successful: OK
Failed to Execute OSB Installer: DBI connect('install.local','',...) failed: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied (DBD ERROR: OCISessionBegin) at /u01/app/oracle/product/220.127.116.11/dbhome_1/perl/lib/site_perl/5.14.1/RA/DB/Oracle.pm line 5418
