Symptoms

Before upgrading database from 12.1.0.2 to 12.2.0.1 with DBUA,
If plsql_optimize_level=0 is specified on DB:12.1.0.2, the upgrade will be failed with the following errors.

[catupgrd0.log]

Changes

Set plsql_optimize_level=0 before upgrading.
