Valid time temporal query using dbms_flashback_archive and Joins/Union returns wrong results (Doc ID 2543775.1)

Symptoms

 Wrong results occur for a temporal validity query , where  multiple tables are joined  . 

If the order of the tables in the query ( with joins ) is changed , results are different (still incorrect ) .

Temporal validity query works fine for each individual table in isolation . Problem occurs when multiple tables are joined in the query .
