Customer getting the below errors continuously

DDE: Problem Key 'ORA 600 [ipc_recreate_que_2]' was flood controlled (0x6) (incident: 1121267)
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ipc_recreate_que_2], [1], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
