ORA-00942 Error during Materialized View Refresh Using DBMS_JOB (Doc ID 2545969.1)

Following errors are received when running MView refresh job from DBMS_JOB, as MView owner:

Refresh runs successfully if executed using DBMS_SNAPSHOT or DBMS_REFRESH
Owner user has proper privileges over Mview base tables.
