SDO_GEOMETRY Type Body becomes Invalid after Upgrade to 12.2.0.1 (Doc ID 2547520.1)

Symptoms

After database upgrade to 12.2.0.1, the SDO_GEOMETRY type body becomes INVALID and fails to compile with the following error:

PLS-00538: subprogram or cursor 'GET_GTYPE' is declared in an object type specification and must be defined in the object type body
