'ORA-20103: Data has conflict, please use a new dbid' When Importing AWR Data To The Same Database After 18c Upgrade (Doc ID 2547548.1)

Trying to export AWR data and truncate wrh$ and wri$ tables before the upgrade and import it back post upgrade into same database to 18c database
However import fails with following errors:
