Symptoms

kworker and ksoftirqd consume high CPU on ODA X7-2 S/M/HA.

Environment
Oracle Linux 6.9

kworker and ksoftirqd are showing high CPU usage when executing the following command.

# ./rda.sh ASM

Top command shows CPU consuming processes as kworker and ksoftirqd.
